Paul Justice brings a lifetime of passion and a wealth of soccer experience to his role as an assistant coach at RPB. Born with a love for soccer, thanks to his Colombian heritage, Paul began playing the sport at the age of 6. His journey took a more serious turn when he joined travel soccer at 10, playing for PBI based out of Okaheelee Park. Known for his exceptional speed and a natural ability to score, Paul played as a center forward.
By the age of 14, Paul's talents had propelled him onto the ODP (Olympic Development Program) team for the state of Florida, marking him as one of the top players in his age group. Despite facing injuries and personal challenges that steered him away from pursuing the game at higher levels, his passion for soccer remained unquenched.
Today, as an assistant coach for RPB, Paul is dedicated to passing on his knowledge and love for the game to the next generation of players. He strongly believes in the power of hard work over innate talent and is committed to instilling this ethos in his players. Paul's journey from a promising player to a nurturing coach is fueled by his deep connection to soccer and his desire to contribute positively to the lives of young athletes
