Micah Santiago has a rich and varied history with RPB Strikers, spanning over a decade of involvement as both a player and a coach. His journey through the ranks of the RPB Strikers, from the recreational to the competitive levels, showcases his deep commitment to the sport and his development as a leader within the soccer community.
Playing Experience:
- Began his soccer journey with RPB Strikers in their recreational program from 2008 to 2012.
- Progressed to the RPB Strikers competitive program from 2013 to 2022.
- Played Varsity soccer at Royal Palm Beach High from 2019 to 2021, serving as team captain during his junior and senior years.
Coaching Experience:
- Transitioned to coaching, beginning as the head coach for the RPB Strikers recreational program in 2022.
- Simultaneously took on roles as an assistant coach for the RPB Strikers competitive program in 2022 and became the head coach in 2024.
