Diego Cappella is a bilingual youth soccer coach with over 17 years of experience in both recreational and competitive environments. Originally from Argentina, Diego has dedicated the last nine years to the RPB Strikers program, bringing a player-centered, holistic approach that emphasizes cognitive-tactical development, emotional resilience, and performance metrics.
His training methodology blends individual player development with team cohesion. He uses GPS tracking and data analysis to monitor and enhance performance. Diego incorporates emotional intelligence strategies into training to help players manage pressure and build resilience, creating a foundation for athletic and personal growth.
