Diego has dedicated seven years to the esteemed RPB Strikers program, contributing his expertise and passion for the sport.

- U.S. Soccer D License. - Currently pursuing U.S. Soccer C  License with an anticipated completion date of June 24.
- USSF Grassroots Coaching License for 7v7, 9v9 & 11v11 formats.
- Participant in the International Coaching Symposium
- Course in "Neuroscience Applied to Soccer" course.
- Course in "Mental Health + Youth Sports."
